What Does High Bp Back Pain With Sweating Suggest?

Hello, I am 42 yr old female. 5'6" 140 lbs. Recent blood work came back as: Free T4 3.10, TSH 1.66, Calcium 11.0. My blood pressure was 120/80 which is much higher than my usual pressure of 100/60. I have been extremely tired and suffering from low back pain. Also, experiencing night sweats and anxiety. My throat is also tight and feels constricted. I made an appointment with and endo, but he can't see me for one month. Should I see another doctor or will I be okay waiting a month. Also, do have any idea what could be going on with me?Thanks.
