The aspirin overdose can cause : gastritis : gastric ulcer : upper g.i. bleed : nausea/vomiting : diarrhoea : Liver or kidney toxicity occur after taking it for prolonged time or after aspirin poisoning. So it is less likely in your case as you had taken only 2 tablets. You must be having gastritis or ulcer along with nausea. Follow these tips to get relief : You can drink milk to relieve burning pain : Eat banana to relieve loose stools : Eat non spicy/less fatty food till you get relief : Loose stools will subside units own in 2-3 days. Drink water/fluids to replace water loss in body : Still no relief, you can take Pantoprazole-Domperidone after proper prescription : You can also take aluminium hydroxide after proper prescription : Avoid self medicating from next time : If still in doubt regarding liver/kidney damage, you can get kidney and liver function test done.
