Hello Thanks for writing to HCM You shouldn t be worried.Subchorionic hemorrhage is common sonographic abnormality in the presence of a live embryo.Subchorionic hemorrhage is a type of blood clot found between the pregnancy membranes and the wall of the uterus Gestation age of the fetus is 6 weeks 6 days.Fetus is alive and heart rate is 126 beats/min. She need follow up scan.Smaller to moderate size hematomas usually do not affect the pregnancy.Since she has small hemorrhage,it shouldn t affect her pregnancy. It is also important to observe for vaginal bleeding.If bleeding is there then she need immediate medical attention. She should take proper rest and avoid strenuous activity.
