Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You shouldn't be worried.Subchorionic hemorrhage is common sonographic abnormality in the presence of a live embryo.Subchorionic hemorrhage is a type of blood clot found between the pregnancy membranes and the wall of the uterus
Gestation age of the fetus is 6 weeks 6 days.Fetus is alive and heart rate is 126 beats/min.
She need follow up scan.Smaller to moderate size hematomas usually do not affect the pregnancy.Since she has small hemorrhage,it shouldn't affect her pregnancy. It is also important to observe for vaginal bleeding. If bleeding is there then she need immediate medical attention.
She should take proper rest and avoid strenuous activity.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
