What Does Disc Protrusion In MRI Report Suggest?

I have pain in my back of thigh, my mri summary says, 1.central disc protrusion at l4-l5 causing thecal identation.2.there is central and left lateral disc protrusion at l5-s1 causing left nerve root identation.3.annular bulge seen at c5-c6 .can u tell what my problem is, is it cureable and is there any excercise for sa?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a disc between the vertebral bodies helps as a shock absorber effect, the disc contains maximum percentage of water, due to degenerative changes when the water content / hydration is lost the disc slips / bulges.
2.There is a disc bulge causing pressure effect on the spinal chord at L4-5 level.
3.There is pressure effect on the nerve root at level of L5-S1 which causing the symptoms.
4.Annular tear - pereperal area of the disc is called annulus - where a tear is noted at C5-6 level.
