General & Family Physician 's  Response
First of all the abbreviations:
CAD- coronary artery disease i.e. disease of heart's blood vessels
TMT- tread mill test i.e. a test done on tread mill while the patient runs on it to study status of heart's circulation on exertion
CAG-coronary angiography done to see blood vessels of heart and their patency
CABG- coronory artery bypass grafting; a procedure done to bypass a block in heart's vessels so that it continues to get blood supply.
LMCA- left main coronary artery
The test results show that the patient has angina on exertion due to two vessel disease that is two of the heart's vessels are blocked. As was suggested by his physician the patient needs to undergo CABG.The patient also has hypertension and dyslipidemia i.e. poor lipid profile both of which are independent risk factors for CAD.
I would suggest to consult cardiologist to discuss about the drugs to be taken in the interim period and dietary alterations to be done.Physical exertion might also need to be restricted for some time so as to not provoke angina.
Hope the above answer helped you. If you have any thing more to ask I would be pleased to help.
