I am a 23 year old male that exercises daily and eats healthy. I drink but do not smoke. the other day I noticed a tiny little pimple like bump underneath my skin on the back left side of my neck behind the ear. I have never had something like this and of course became nervous. The Internet has probably raised my anxiety as well. It does not hurt or anything but I do feel it back there most likely from touching it. I had a cut the front left side of my head two weeks ago and they covered with "skin glue" and gave me a tetanus shot. Should I be worried about this bump?
