What Does Abdominal Cramps, Back Pain And Mucus Discharge During Pregnancy Mean?
hi im 39 weeks and 3days i have been getting abdominal cramps, and alot of vaganal twinges like a hard pushing down sensation, and lower back pain but has only started this last 2 days and also clear mucusy discharge for the last 6 days. does ths mean anything. thanks

The last week of pregnancy is usually associated with the symptoms you have mentioned.
They all indicate prelabour. The discharge is due to opening of cervix. The abdominal pain and cramps indicate that labor pain are imminent and may occur in a day or two.
If fetal movements are good then there is no need to worry.
