What Does A Thick Hyperechoic Endometrium With Both Ovaries Having Polycystic Structure Mean?

Hi, i just recently received my US report indicating i have a thick hyperechoic endometrium on CD23 with both ovaries have polycystic structure and corpus luteum on the right. I also had a scanty period for 2 days on the expected period day. What does these mean?

Hi I think the scan report shows that you have polycystic ovaries. But this cycle you have ovulated. So, it is normal. Generally in PCO patients, there is absence of ovulation which leads to delayed periods and infertility. Scanty periods can be a normal thing occasionally. Hope it helps.
