What Does A Shadow In Brain CT Scan Indicate?

My niece has epilepsy. She is currently in Japan. She had a really bad seizure 5 days ago and now has no memory of the last five days. She also ran a fever afterward for five days. Her CT scan shows a shadow on her brain.
She has had seizures before but nothing like this. What could all of this mean and what does the shadow mean?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history and symptoms suggest the possible causes is dysphasia neuronal in first place.
2.The next possible cause will be fever, fever itself can cause seizures.
3.The shadowing in the brain could be due to the white matter disease.
4.In this case MRI is the best investigation of choice for definitive diagnosis.
5.FEw systemic diseases may also cause the neurological changes like meningitis.

Good luck.
