What Does A Purplish Lump In The Vulva Indicate?

Hi, I have what appears to be a cyst on the top right hand side of my vulva. There had been some slight dark/ purple discolouration present before the lump, which developed over night. When squeezed, the lump produces a orange discharge that does not smell. What is this and how can I treat it?
