The kidneys are normal in measurement and appearance. There is a small 3 mm stone in the mid portion of left kidney. Such a stone is very small in size and not causing any obstruction to flow of urine. I suggest you take the prescribed syrup and drink lots of water and fluids and visit washroom regularly. The stone can easily decrease in size and also come out through normal urinary passage and you may experience pain at that time. It is not a serious condition.
