Hello. Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
No need to worry until the findings have been confirmed.

Sinus rhythm is a normal heart rhythm. So, no issues regarding discussing this. Left atrial abnormality one can found in ecg is enlargement only, which can be not always specific in ecg only(shouldbe cconfirmed in echo)
Left axis Deviation means enlargement of left side of heart (might be secondary to left atrial enlargement).

My advice to you is -

Kindly go for 2d echo study (sonography of heart) which will confirm ecg finding. Once echo will some abnormalities then only your doctor will start treatment accordingly.

Usually left atrial enlargement is secondary to hypertension in most of the cases . So kindly control your blood pressure which will prevent further enlargement. Even if left atrial enlargement will be found in echo it will have little signicance upto one extent. So kindly consult your doctor regarding that.

Continue hypertension and diabetes medication.

Thank you.
Have a nice day .
