What Does RBC 2-4/hpf,PUS CELL 1-3/hpf,EPITHELIAL CELL 3-5/hpf And Remain Absent Indicate?

hi doctor my name is ayesha. my age is 27 and i am married. i just want to know that i have done my urine test a physical examination is normal and in chemical examinatoin all are absent and in microsocpic the RBC is 2-4/hpf =PUS CELL is 1-3/hpf = EPITHELIAL CELLis3-5/hpf and remain absent.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Urinary tract infection(UTI) should be ruled out in your case.
Normally,urine doesn't contain RBC.It may be due to UTI.
You need proper clinical examination.

UTI is indicated by presence of pus cells,RBC,epithelia cells in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
