Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your report suggests suspicious lesions in left lower zone.It may be due to active infection or end on vessels view due to pulmonary vessels.
It is difficult to determine low grade infection present inside the lesion.
t is important to rule out infective etiology. You need clinical correlation.
It may be due to pneumonia.
You need further tests like routine hemogram.Further investigations can be done if needed.

Empirically broad spectrum antibiotics should be given.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Other findings are within normal limit.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
