What Does EKG Showing Anteroseptal Infarct In One With Chron's Disease And Gastric Pacemaker Indicate ?

i had an ekg today and it showed anteroseptal infarct. i have had heart surgery done in dec 09 for ablation . I have a long hx of illness . chrons, gastric pacemaker , ..... Should i be concerned

well anteroseptal infarct is generally quite serious problems as it may affect the heat conduction as well as pumping of blood. you need to see a cardiologist as early as possible . thanks wish you healthy life
