What Do You Suggest For Bleeding Eyes After An Accident?
someone i know was in a car accident 4 days ago. he's been vomiting off and on since. he is still bleeding from his nose. he's been coughing up blood. at the time of accident, he was bleed from his eyes nose and mouth. he did not get medical attention when it happen or since it happen.

It seems from the history that he has met with a car accident and he is having vomiting bleeding from nose ears and eyes, all these symptoms indicate head injury.
Bleeding from eyes can be because of subconjunctival hemorrhage.
Since he is having signs of head injury he requires examination by doctor urgently to assess the severity of injury and treatment accordingly.
