What Do You Suggest For An Ultrasound Showing Abdominal Mass?
my dad had an ultra sound and it shows a abdominal mass over 8 inches. He has had Diarrhea for 8 months now, and his blood pressure is 190/120. When he urinates if feels like he must have a bowel movement. He feels bloated and full. There is no blood in the feces, and he has not lost weight, but is now having a hard time eating because he feels so full. What do you think the mass may be?

I can understand your concern, here you have not exactly gave the radiological findings, once the mass is detected then the next step would be either MRI or CT study this will clear the picture, if the mass is found in the big intestine then endoscopic study is more preferable, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
