What Do The Following MRI Findings Suggest?

I had an MRI recently and I m curious about a few things. I have neuroforaminal narrowing in some discs, retrolisthesis, disc osteophyte complex with effacement of the anterior CSF space. Also Hemangioma T1 and T2 Multilevel disc bulging with some neural foraminal narrowing. Focal central disc bulge abutting the anterior aspect of the spinal cord at C4-5. Left paracentral disc component resulting in moderate to marked neuroforaminal narrowing on the left There is slight retrolisthesis of C5 on C6. There is a moderate disc osteophyte complex with effacement of the anterior CSF space. Vertebral body heights are maintained. There is increased T1 and T2 signal in the right aspect of the C7 vertebral body is most consistent with a hemangioma.

Spine consists of vertebrae and intervertebral discs in between along with muscles, ligaments, nerves and blood vessels. Spinal cord continuous from the distal end of brain run through the spine and supply the rest of the body. Each vertebra has anterior body and posterior laminae with vertebral foramen in the center. Between two vertebrae is the fibrous intervertebral disc which helps in movements of spine and acts as a shock absorber. Spinal cord runs through the vertebral foramen and it is covered by meningeal layer called thecal sac with cerebrospinal fluid inside it. Spinal nerves arise from the spinal cord with root passes through the intervertebral foramen.

Neuroforaminal narrowing indicates that the narrowing of the foramen through which the spinal nerves passes. This condition may progress to cause spinal nerve compression which causes neuralgia. Intervertebral disc may bulge out and compress the thecal sac with the structure inside it. Hemangioma is blood vessel tumor formed from the capillaries and venous system. Retrolistheis is the condition in which the vertebral move backwards from the normal alignment that is behind the discs. T1 and T2 images indicates fatty tissues and fatty tissue and water respectively.
