Hi,

What is your grandma's age? Atherosclerotic changes are common as age increases. Old fibrotic changes are also fine. But Pneumonia (means lung infection) in both lower lobe should be treated properly.

The loss of speech might be due to stroke during the time of Heart attack. Immediately after the attack, some risk is there depends on age and comorbidities. As days progress risk decreases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harikrishna Yamjala, Emergency Medicine Specialist
