What Do I Do To Help The Lips From Shaking Without My Control ?
My lips shake when I don't want it to. It doesn't severely shake, but just to the point where it's annoying. I think I may have a bit anxiety, but sometimes I don't know why my lips shake on its own. Sometimes I can't clench my teeth all the way down because I'm afraid my lips are just going to shake out of control. What do I do to help my lips from stopping to shake?

this is because vitamins deficiency. take multivitamins. eat fruits do facial excercise.like loughing smiling puffing
