She has gone valve replacement so she need to be on anticoagulant. Vitamin k need to be restrict for actirom. She should avoid having vitamin k rich foods like soya products like soyamilk, soya paneer, soya sabji. Also non veg need to be avoided . tomato also contain good amount of vitamin k. Greeanleafy vegetables are rich in vitmajn k like palak ,me this, corrainder all should be avoided. If providedbwith height weight and age could have counsel better. She need tot ake care.when vitamin k will be restricted then inr will be down and dosage of actirom will automatically decrease. She need to take care of this throughout life as valve is foreign body and it will be accepted by body through medications. Consult dietician for specific deit counselling with details .
