What diet chart should a woman in her late forties follow for healthy and glowing skin ,hair ?

I am 38 yrs unmarried lady,height 5ft 4 inch,weight 65 kg. I am a vegetarian. I eat regularly 10 glass of drinking water,cucumber(3),papya(ripe),rice(less quantity)dal,cow-milk(1 lt/approx)sabji like chichinga,chalkumra,lou) almond 1 pc,multivitamin ( Plz give me a diet chart so that I would be healthy,glowing skin, hair , weight loss diet plz

as u asked abt ur diet for healthy skin hair and weight loss so let me tell you that diets are not enough.please do not concentrate on fruits and vegetables as they containing high levels of India those families consuming high fruits and vegetables suffering more then others.try to find organic certified food which is so hard .so you can add supplements to your multivitamins,protein and omega 3.nutrilite is the best option.proteins,omega 3 and multivitamins ,these things are basic nutrition for body which needed to a healthy life style.role of omega 3 u can find on google.regular exercise ,positive attitude and adequate rest are another pillars of health

Your diet is yourself made good diet chart.
Add more pulses and cereals,some dry fruits.
Take less fat and moderate carbohydrate.
Take vit E.
Do some physical exercise like running,jogging,swimming.
