What Could The Reason For Persistent Pain During Chewing ?

Hi doctor,I was chewing on my food two days ago and had a very sharp pain in my head on the lower right side.it has been persistent since and I have trouble chewing.any movement that enables me to move my jaw brings so much pain.it feels like there is a tear in my brain everytime I move my jaws.please help me.

You might be having deep caries in tooth in lower left side.
You need to visit dentist & get proper check-up done.
Take multivitamin capsule daily.
Maintain proper oral hygiene.
