What Could The Pain In My Left Testicle Be With A Soft Lump At The Bottom Be?

Hi i have been suffering with pain of my left testicle for 2 weeks, I have a soft lump at the bottom, it feels like fluid but if I squeeze it slightly its soft and feels like flesh. I don't think it's fluid buildup. I am really worried about visiting the doctors because I'm not sure what it is, 90% of the symptoms I'm having tell me it could be Epididymitis. Does this sound right? It all seemed to clear up for a couple of days but today it's back, getting slight pain and testicle feels tender and the squishy lump is back. Any info would be appreciated.

Thankyou.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the inguinal hernia, may be the direct hernia, or torsion of the testis or recurant epididimo orchitis.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment, you may need to have an ultra sound of scrotum for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratia peptidase, and diclophenac sodium.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
