What Could The Knots Under My Feet Be?

Hi I m not sure what I should do. I don t have a doctor, I ve been having pain on both my feet it hurts to walk or stand for a long time. I ve been having cramps in both my legs and both feet. I just noticed that I have to knots on both my feet below my big toes. My dad told me they are bunions. My question is should I go to the ER? I haven t had a primary care doctor in about 5 yrs. I m in so much pain we I walk or sand on my feet.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having either cramps due to vitamin b12 deficiency or any other vascular abnormalities.
My treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Don't stand for long periods of time and keep pillows below legs while sleeping.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist or general surgeon for further guidance.

Thanks.
