Hello,

Pain condition of lower abdomen in female with the history of abortion and IUD need to be taken extra care because it could be due to infection, inflammatory condition, IUD related pain, residual parts in uterine cavity.

Pain can be managed with analgesic but most important is to get done the ultrasonography test and clinical examination to reach up to the right cause.

In my opinion, better to see the doctor till, then Ibuprofen medicine three times in day can be tried.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
