What Could Painful White Stools With Blood Suggest?

weird - last week was in pain in the lower right abdomen and unable to poo. Figured it was just constipation but the pain was surprisingly bad. Now I'm mostly better, but pooing still hurts and there's white matter in the poo although the rest is very dark. There also seemed to be some blood, although that's almost cleared up now. My cousin died of colon cancer, I will see a doc as soon as I can - but I have no health insurance or cash at the moment. Should I be worried?

You need to get examined by a qualified surgeon. He will perform digital rectal examination to see for local pathologies like hemorrhoids and anal fissure which might be the cause of bleeding per rectum. Relax and get only your stool RE and Digital rectal exam done.
