What Could Painful Testicles Suggest?
Hi, I'm 20 years old and recently have been having pain in my right testical. I can't tell too well if it's swollen but I feels like it. It only hurts when I touch it. Should I seek medical right away or is this something that can wait a week? My worst fear is that it can be torsion.

Acute pain in testicle is mostly due to infection of either Testis or Epididymis (Epididymo -Orchitis).
However needs to be confirmed by doing ultrasound scanning of scrotum and routine urine test.
Take antibiotics like Augmentin with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac and Serropeptidase twice daily for a week ,
Drink more water.
It should get cured within two weeks .
