What Could Loose Stools With Dizziness In Breastfeeding Woman Suggest?

i have loose stools and have had since yesterday, i havent eaten since lunchtime yesterday as everything just passes straight through, im worried as im breast feeding my four week old little boy and im worried that my milk isnt as good as it should be. also when i feed him i get dizzy and quite bad tummy cramps
