What Could It Be If Having Small Swelling Under Left Rib Which Hurts To Deep Breath, Gaseous, Gurgling Sounds In Stomach?

Dr, I just noticed a small swelling under my left rib. I have no pain but when I take a deep breath, I get a small poke. I have a feeling of gas and can hear gurgling sounds from 2 days.

No pain, no nausea, no constipation, no diarrhea, no fever, no loss of appetite. I am a 45 year old female. Sugar check showed normal today. Pls advise. Thanks.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the gas in the intestines, due to the indigestion, due to hard foods, or a sub clinical infection of the intestines,or may be the worms in the intestines.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
