Hello friend,

Your condition may be due to pancreatitis. You may please undergo USG again to rule out that. Get all the blood tests for evaluating the enzymes in blood for diagnosing that. Since you are Diabetic type 2, there is more chance for that .

My advice is to approach an expert Homoeopath for treating your present condition, because you need a constitutional treatment which alone will take into consideration your constitution in addition to the present sufferings.
Only by getting relief of pain, you are not going to be cured. The pain is likely to recur. Also, only when you are cured, your appetite will come back.
Therefore you need to be cured and not simple palliative approach is not enough for you. Homoeopathy can help you.
With best wishes,
