What Could It Be If Having Lump In Armpit, Invisible Bruise Above The Ankle At 22 Weeks Of Pregnancy Considering Being Diagnosed With Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

I am 22/23 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child, I am having a hell of a time! Apart from carpal tunnel and a 50/90% chance of once again developing oc, I have recently discovered a small lump in my right armpit, and today my inner lower left calf just above my ankle feels like I have a bruise but there is no bruise, just a localised area the size of my palm feels like I've been kicked or knocked it hard, what is this feeling? Could it be linked to any of the other issues?

Hi,
First relax. Dont worry . Everything that is happening to you is due to your pregnancy and will resolve after your delivery. The lump in your armpit is normal in second pregnancy , its called a breast milk lump and will continue till you finish breast feeding after delivery . Nothing to do about it unless it becomes severely painful or you get a fever. For the bruise like lesion in your calf you need to get a platelet count and D- Dimer level count done as pregnancy can lead to small clots. Nothing to worry now but you need to get the tests done before more clots occur so that if needed we can start some medicines. For your carpal tunnel you need to rest and massage as told by physiotherapist but most carpal tunnels do increase in pregnancy and then get well after delivery . I hope i cleared all your worries.
