What Could It Be If Am Having Period Like Sharp Cramps And Lump In The Groin?

A couple days ago I had a sharp pain in what felt like my uterus, and it woke me up from sleep. I figured it was period pain. It has continued to feel like period pain since then until I started feeling the groin area with my hand. That is when I noticed a small, maybe dime-sized lump right next to the underwear line. Thanks for Query on HCM.
Small, painful lump in the groin looks to be lymph node enlargement due to some infective drainage from surrounding area.
It may swell from an injury or infection in the foot, leg, groin, or genitals.
Uterine cramp might be due to pelvic inflammatory disease.
You have to start proper antibiotic like moxifloxacin and nsaid to subside cramp and inflammation.
Get examined by gynecologist for proper diagnosis and better management.
