What Could High Fever, Vomiting, Sore Throat, Ear Pain And Excessive Cough (no Phlegm) Indicate?

I have a high fever, paired with dizzy spells (which come and go). I've also been throwing up excessively, though nothing comes out but what I assume is stomach bile. Because of that, my throat is also sore. I have ear aches. And I'm coughing excessively, but I have not had any flem come out. What could possibly be wrong with me?

Hi. This is a pharyngeal infection , with irritating cough and fever. Cough and throat irritation induces nausea and vomiting. This stomach contents come in throat to irritate more and cause more coughing.. I would like you visit a Doctor preferably an ENT Specialist so that you will be prescribed antibiotics and other medicines. In the meantime take steam inhalations, warm liquids, rest.
