What Could Have Caused Sudden Head Spasm Type Pain While Turning Over In Bed?

hello, the other night i turned over in bed and got a terrific head spasm type pain. what is it? i called my doc and she gave me an antibiotic cause i told her i thought it was a sinus infection. it took 3 days to get rid of most of the dizziness, but i wonder if it was that?

Hi

I understand your concern.

It could be ssinusitis or muscular spasm.

Neck muscles are prone to get spasm mostly in bed when we stuck in one position.

Antibiotics and analgesic will help.

Muscle relaxant like diclofenac useful as and when require.

Regular neck exercise and physiothaerapy will give more benifit.

If occur again then go for cervical xray for further information.
