Hello,

Your nails are just falling painlessly, you have lost almost 6 nails. Your symptom can be indicative of nail infection like fungal nail infection, injury, psoriasis, overactive thyroid, poor blood circulation in the fingers, use of cheap nail polish removers, etc. It can also be due to blood or pus accumulation under the nail commonly in onychia. Can also occur as a side effects of certain medicines like anti- malarial drugs and side effect of chemotherapy.

You are suggested to take care of your finger hygiene. Get T3, T4, TSH (thyroid function tests) done. You will be treated accordingly. Get clinically examined by a dermatologist, in case of fungal infection, you can apply ointment clotrimazole on the area affected. You can also take a course of antifungal orally (fluconazole). Get your finger nail area cleaned and antiseptic dressing done in the ER. Give your fingers rest and take high calcium and magnesium diet.

Red and white blotches on your skin is indicative of allergy, use of water that is not clean, poor hygiene, excessive exposure to the sun, use of harsh chemical based beauty products. You can take antihistamine, one at bedtime for 3-5 days. Take bath regularly with clean water, avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Keep skin clean and dry. Apply water based moisturizer or body lotion.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
