What Could Cause Symptoms Like: Hypoglycemia, Massive Weight Loss, Syncope, Low Blood Pressure After A Gall Bladder Removal?

My daughter has developed hypoglycemia, massive weight loss, syncope, low blood pressure, severe abdominal pain, dizziness, and nausea in the last few months. She had her gal bladder removed Friday but the pain has moved and is excruciating her liver enzymes are in the 300s. What could the overarching disorder/disease be?

your daughter seem to be suffering from Postcholecystectomy Syndrome after removal of gall bladder, the symptoms can represent either the continuation of symptoms due to gallbladder pathology or the development of new symptoms. Postcholecystectomy Syndrome also includes the development of symptoms caused by removal of the gallbladder like , gastritis and diarrhea
patient not eating regularly due to pain induce by taking food due to hypersecretion of acid irritate gastritis area
loss stool leads to hypoglycemia , weight loss and hypoglycemia leads to syncope and low blood pressure
