What Could Cause Stomachache , Bloating And Abnormal Motions, Aristozyme Offered Little Relief?

Hello doctor for the last four days i am sufferring from stomach pain, gas, loss of appetite and abnormal motion. For this i am taking aristozyme BD as prescribed by the doctor. I am hypertensive and taking medicines since 2006. nebicard sm 5mg, zyla pentaprole one daily i am taking for the last six months. i am 42 year male.

Noted the history of a 42 year old male. stomach pains, gas, loss of appetite and abnormal motions for the last 4 days. Aristozyme BD is helping a bit, taking medications for hypertension since 2006, Nebicard sm 5 mg, Zyla Pantoprazole once a day for last 6 months.
As per the history you have provided, this looks to be gastroenteritis as all the symptoms fit into this well.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the sample of stool for tests as well as of blood.
Ultrasound of the whole abdomen.
Therapeutic trial with an antibiotic, metronidazole, symptomatic and supportive treatment should help.
Add on pre and probiotics.
Avoid the foods and the beverages that instigate or enhance the problems.
