What Could Cause Smelly Whitish Yellow Fluid In Penis With Ringworm Like Scabs In Thigh?

i wanted to ask a question. i got an odor that smells like onions comin from my penis and like whitish yellow stuff around my head of my penis along with itchin around my upper thigh around my penis i dont know what it is i think its ringworm its got a big red ring and in the middle when i itch it it leaves scabs that peel off everytime i scratch and i was wandering what all off this is caused from.
