There are lot many causes of lower abdominal pain includes renal colic , appendicitis , full ness because of gases. .,
Uterine cyst , stenosis of colon , piles or constipation. , maybe some internal bleeding. Some infection.
So u have to first investigate cause
USG Abdomen
CBC
ESR
