What Could Cause Impaired, Blurred Vision With History Of Head Injury?

Afternoon, My daughter who is 13 has been suffering with impaired vision. Sometimes her vision is blurred and at times she suffers from temp., loss of sight.
She had a head injury last April, where she had 2 head fractures. She had a weeks stay in hospital but, this was mainly to do with the severe leg injury which she also received, during her fall through a glass roof.

A month ago we visited the hospital for her routine check up appointment with the plastic surgery consultant, and we mentioned these vision problems then, along with her not growing since the accident. He said that maybe a neurologist would be the person for her to see.
I haven't received any appointment as yet, and my daughters vision problems seem to be happening more frequently and taking longer to subside.
She also suffers from stiffness and spasms in different parts of her body along the left side. This is the side we think she landed on and received the leg injury plus one of the fractures. I believe the fractures were not bad as one I think was only a hair line fracture?
Do I have anything to worry about. Should I take her to my doctors so that they can process the referral quicker or should I be acting on it now?
Please advise.
