What Could Cause Fatigue, Pain In Hands And Ankles With GI Diseases?

I am a 25 yr old female. I am always tired, I am anemic, my knees ankles and hands are always hurting, i get severe lower abdominal pain, i have an eroted esophagus, procto colitus? and 4 other gi diagnoses and basil cell cercanoma to name some things going on. Iam seeing too many drs and am completely overwhelmed and stressed. Cant this all be tied in to one thing?? what is wrong with me!

The symptoms are in relation with possible low hemoglobin from malabsorption issue of intestine and deficiency of their vitamins, minerals trace elements too.

A complete case evaluation with supportive lab parameters, ultrasound and colonoscopy examination are must herewith for precise diagnosis.
