Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have urgency for urination and have been diagnosed to have enlarged prostate.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine Routine and culture
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen .
3) serum P.S.A.
4) Uroflometry.
Please take antimuscuranic drugs like Solifenacin or Darifenacin to control urgency along with Tomsulosin once daily .

Further mode of treatment will depend upon the final diagnosis and degree of obstructive symptoms due to enlarged prostate.
