What Could Burning Stool Movement With Blood Suggest?

Hello I m a 20 year old male. I ve noticed blood in my stool over the past year and a half or so. I ve had two occult tests since then where no blood was found. However, I still see blood at times in the stool, or what seems to be blood. I have no abdominal pain, diarrhea or really any other negative symptoms. The only other thing is there is slight pain/burning when I defecate which might be due to the fact that I pass somewhat larger stools. I mentioned this to my doctor and he didn t seem very concerned. I just want to see if you have any suggestions. Thank you.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I am also not concerned. Sounds like haemorrhoids, if it bothers you, you should see a general surgeon or a colorectal surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
