What Could Blockage During Urination With Blood Stains Suggest?

Im a 25 year old male and for about 2 years it feels like I have some kind of blockage when I urinate. Also during these 2 years I sometimes have blood in my urine its not painful but it comes st the end of urination. The blood happens every once in awhile but the feeling of blockage is always there

* The chronic blockage feeling of urine indicates possible narrowing
(stricture) in the urinary tract (most likely urethra ) or calculus.

* In my clinic, I recommend to undertake an ultrasound of KUB with urethra
Ascending urethrography for further management guidelines.
