What Could Be Wrong If Baby Passes Stools After Breastfeeding And Report Shows Mucous, Pus Cells And RBC Presence In Stools?

My baby is 2 month old - stool report shows, mucus present(++++) , pus cells 10-15 hpf trapped in mucus , rbc 6-8 hpf, yeast absent, adult worm absent
Is this normal?
My baby passes stool once he is fed - (breast fed no other food) this is happening for last 3 days

Hi,
From history it seems that baby might be having some Gastro-intestinal infection mainly bacterial.
Consult pediatrician and get examined.
Before feeding clean your nipples with worm water so that she may not get infection.
Ok and take care.
