What Could Be The Reasons For Glans Spotting And Dark Lines
I appreciate all your help here doctors.i really truly wanted to ask someone personally but simply can not at the moment. im 57.white male.170 lbs.been under some stress last several months.medical history.really nothing major other than the odd sinus/cold infections many get. i do have the odd (maybe once every couple years) moderate psoriasis or eczema condition with dry skin on elbows or knees.no real redness or spots.just dry cracked skin.i have this happening on one elbow now. My concern: i just noticed recently.appeared suddenly in the course of last week or so.I have semi dark lines.one in particular runs right up to opening of urethra on my glans. and also some light to medium dark spotting on glans away from urethra .at this time i have no problems with them.no redness or irritation and also no problems with urination at this point ,but am concerned.any help is very much appreciated.

From your description they seem to be a pigmentation spots and lines that are benign in nature. These spots usually do not grow and remain like that for years. You can self monitor them for any change in size, shape, color, texture, irregular margins, redness or ulceration- if these appear then you need to have treatment.
