What Could Be The Reason For The Uncomfortable Feeling In The Lower Back And Pubic Area When There Is A Need For Urination?

For a couple of months i cannot feel it when i need to urinate, then i feel an uncomfortable feeling in my lower back and pubic bone area, so i go to the bathroom and and there is alot of urine alot, every time i drink something i am urinating every hour, and i also need to push hard even bend over to get the rest out, and no matter how much water i drink it has color.

I also have the same problem with going poop, i cannot feel it when i need to poop, then i feel an uncomfortable feeling in my lower back and pubic bone area and in my hips, so i try to go poop and i have to push hard, sometimes my body goes pee and poop at the sane time. What could this be? Thank You

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in lower back and pubic area while urinating and while defecating suggests some kind of injury or organomegaly in lower abdomen and pubic area.
Is there associated burning sensation while urinating?
If yes then you need to get urine examination done.
Are your bowel habits within normal limits?
If you do not have any of these problems then you need to consult your doctor for clinical examination and ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.
The ultrasonography will detect any organomegaly or any other soft tissue injury.

Thanks and take care
