What Could Be The Reason For The Infant Having Yellow Mucus Stools Who Was Recently Vaccinated And Has Changed The Formula TP To Cow's Milk?
My 13 month old has bright yellow mucus stool. He has recently had vaccinations and suffered with loose stool after those. Its now 5-6 weeks since and we're getting more now. He has also recently changed from formula tp whole cow's milk. I'm at a loss as to why he keeps getting these episodes of loose stool?

Feeding change can cause change of stool frequency and also color,you havenot mentioned whether you are giving milk by bottle or by any other means because bottle fed babies Do have more Chance of diarrhoea hence Not to worry

i understand your concern.
Loose stools might be due to change feeding habit of the child.
Vaccination might not have nothing to do with the loose stools.
It must be due to the cow milk, some children might not tolerate cow milk.
My recommendation would be for some duration give formula feeds and avoid cow milk. Give econorm sachet half sachet twice daily in milk .
