Infant Having Dark Grey Stools. What Could Be The Cause?

MY granddaughter who is 10 months old is having dark grey stools. She was breastfed but is now switching to formula. There is no odor with the stools but today she had three large stools. She is teething but drinking well; appetite is a down. What could the cause of dark grey stools be?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Relax,there is norhing to worry.
Sometimes there is change in stool colour and consistency with change in diet.
If baby is active and acceprting feeds normaly you can wait for couple of days.
Hope this helps.
God bless...
